PQ Angels was founded by engineers who have built real products across the semiconductor and embedded ecosystem before creating an engineering services company. That product-first mindset influences how we work, hire, innovate, and partner with clients.
Who we are
A product engineering company built for
the silicon-to-software stack
PQ Angels is a global engineering services company headquartered in India, working with semiconductor product companies, OEMs, and software businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. We deliver across four practices: VLSI Design, Embedded systems, Software development, and DevOps.
Our teams are structured around product outcomes rather than isolated skill silos. Based on the end-product requirements, a typical engagement may bring together RTL designers, verification engineers, firmware specialists, DevOps professionals, and cloud infrastructure experts — working as one integrated engineering team. This cross-functional execution model is what differentiates PQ Angels.
PQ Angels was founded by engineers who experienced firsthand the challenges caused by disconnected hardware, firmware, and software teams across different organizations. Limited cross-team collaboration often resulted in repeated iterations, integration delays, and longer development cycles.
To address this, we built an integrated engineering model that brings together hardware, firmware, software, DevOps, and cloud expertise under one collaborative team — enabling faster development, better system alignment, and more efficient product delivery.
We built PQ Angels to be the team that does have the full picture. We hire engineers who have shipped products, structure our practices around the real product lifecycle, and treat every engagement as if our name is on the box.
What we believe
Four principles we hire and operate by.
Take the work seriously, not ourselves.
We are obsessive about delivery quality. We are also a place where engineers laugh in standups and call out bad ideas in their own. Both matter.
The hardest problems are
at the seams
We document every step, identify bottlenecks, and determine what data and systems need to connect. No surprises down the road.
Speed without rigor is
just rework
We move fast on the right things. We refuse to move fast on sign-off checks, security reviews, and validation. That trade-off is non-negotiable.
The client should always know more after a meeting, not less
If a status update leaves the room more confused than when it started, the update failed. We train every project lead on this.
